PROFILE:

We have solid experience of successful Project Management. Over the past Twenty years, projects have covered many business aspects ranging from Business Process re-engineering, through IT to Office relocation and Business Continuity planning. Although we can offer you a "solo" Project Manager, we are often asked to put together major Project Teams, combining your staff and/or your suppliers with our own staff and those of companies we have worked with in the past.
We are able to resource major western European projects with our multilingual consultants and associates.

Philosophy:

We treat all our assignments as Projects and, even if you are working with a single consultant, we will create an in-house Project Team whose task it is to provide support for our assigned Staff and an independent assessment of progress. Even our most Senior Consultants never have to feel that they are facing the world on their own!
