No long term dependency on Consultants expertise
One of the major benefits to you is that the transfer of knowledge is part of this process. We initially train Team Leaders and Team Sponsors, but as soon as the process is being implemented we search with you for the people within your organisation who will champion the process long term. We then train these people as Trainers and Coaches and after 15 to 18 months you will never need to see us again; (Occasionally we are asked to come back to audit the process after a while)

Our Consultant is accessible to all
Our Consultant is a "Site Coach" based on your site, accessible to all and responsible for the training and coaching of your staff. The "Site Coach" will teach both Management and employees, and be fully available to help with the inevitable problems in the initial understanding of the process. They will work closely with your Management Team, but also with the Team Sponsors, Team Leaders and Team Members;
