PROFILE:
Within IT we offer a very wide range of support from the very large Project (which includes IT Interim Management and database software development) to the very small (troubleshooting software problems, creating Microsoft Powerpoint presentations, customisation of software; creation of templates and add-ins).
Also covered are the various aspects involving Information Security and Disaster Recovery.
Depending on the Project, support will be by a Professional Manager, a Professional Project Manager, one of our Microsoft Certified Professionals or an experienced accredited IT advisor.

Philosophy:
IT is another area (like Finance) where a normal human being could sit in on a conversation between two "experts" and not understand a word. It is however very much a situation of "horses for courses" i.e. using the right resource for the right Project. Our most successful interim IT Manager is a Professional Manager, not a professional IT person. Our best programmer is a full time "geek" who visits customers only when absolutely necessary, and even then it is essential that he is accompanied by an experienced translator!
We do understand IT jargon though, it is essential for us to be able to do so, and our Consultants participate in continuous development programmes to ensure they stay abreast of the latest developments.
