An experienced senior manager and FMCG sales and marketing professional with project management experience in a variety of international markets and industries. His areas of expertise are brand development, sales team management, sales channel development, consumer marketing, creating access to markets and general management. He has an excellent understanding of the UK, German and French consumer goods' markets having successfully managed projects in all of these countries for global blue chip corporations.
Excellent interpersonal skills and diverse cultural understanding.
Resident in UK, but used to working away from home and regular traveller.
Fluent in English, French and Russian, spoken German and has conversational Spanish.

Our Number One troubleshooter and turnaround expert, with a track record of turning around lost causes! Major experience within manufacturing, but turns her hand at most challenging assignments, having worked for French, German, American and British companies.
Her strength being a people-oriented leader with an ability to build a strong corporate culture. Hands on experience in a wide range of business development and change management projects like restructuring, post merger integration, international joint ventures.
Fluent English and German.
Based in Belgium or indeed anywhere that her work takes her!

His team leadership approach combined with his analytical ability and strong project management skills have allowed him to adapt to a wide range of business situations operating both in the UK and across Europe, including Germany and France. Hands on experience in the management of call centre, field and branch based sales teams, in using direct and intermediary distribution channels and of both branded and corporate partnership marketing approaches.
In addition he has worked at corporate level in strategic planning, on a major business process re-engineering project and has direct experience in business acquisitions and disposals.

Hands-on leader with record of successful product introduction, business change, start-up and turn-round projects
Wide experience in use of project management methodologies and tools ( Prince 2, MS Project) facilitation of workshops and project/programme management documentation and control
Fully conversant with life and pensions, general insurance, mortgage/lending and savings businesses
Wide experience of call centres, field based sales, direct marketing and joint ventures.
