Facilities Management & Corporate Relocation

Herne Consultants LtdHerne Consultants Profile in Facilities Management & Corporate Relocation
PROFILE:
Within our Facilities Management section we have solid experience of successfully managing all aspects associated with corporate relocation of business premises. Over the past twenty years, this work has included the responsibility for office acquisition, negotiation of premises contracts, management of staff relocation and producing/revising business continuity plans.
Obviously IT and communications technology are often essential to these projects and some of our consultants expertise in these areas is such that they have also successfully managed software development projects and been asked to stand in as Interim IT managers.
Some of our staff have qualifications in architecture, engineering and quantity surveying, which ensures that we can cover all aspects of your requirements.
Philosophy
Philosophy:
Our preference is to work with your team as much as possible. Once the relocation is complete and we disappear off the scene your team will have to run the premises. It will be so much easier for them to do so effectively when they have been intimately involved in the preparation of these premises for occupation.
Obviously this is not always appropriate and, if required, we can provide the whole team necessary for a successful move.
Courses/Seminars
"Relocation without Dislocation" Seminar:
A structured two-day course designed to provide a detailed understanding of the Business Continuity approach to business relocation.
